7 HILLS WORSHIP AUDITIONS

We’re excited about holding auditions for 7 Hills Worship again!  In an effort to make the process smoother and to honor everyone’s time, we will be auditioning instrumentalists and vocalists differently this year. Instead of an “all call” audition, where everyone is showing up to audition live (and waiting for hours for their turn), we will be moving to VIDEO submissions. We feel like this format will work great for us, and you, moving forward. So if you’re interested in auditioning, submit by OCTOBER 31.

If you want to audition for multiple instruments, or an instrument and vocals, you will need to submit separate videos for each.

We will view all videos and you will be emailed back letting you know if you’ve been asked to continue in the audition process.

            Please submit video via YouTube.

            Under privacy settings, select “UNLISTED” and title with “YOUR NAME-7 HILLS WORSHIP AUDITION.”

            Copy and paste the link to your video in the email.

WHAT TO PREPARE: (Please play the songs as close to the recordings as possible.)

Bass:

            Play Tell The World by Hillsong United and one song of your choice.

Drums:

            Play Our God is Love by Hillsong, has to be played to a click track at 120 bpm.

Electric Guitar:

            Play You Are Good by Planetshakers. Also play one song of your choice.

Keys:

            Play Cry of The Broken by Hillsong. Play one song of your choice.

Vocals:

            FEMALES: Sing Verse one & Chorus of Waiting Here For You by Christy Nockels (Passion) a cappella. Sing one verse and Chorus of a song of your choice a cappella.

MALES: Sing one verse and one chorus of How He Loves by David Crowder (Passion) a cappella. Sing one verse and chorus of a song of your choice a cappella.

            *Optional: submit any videos of you performing live in a setting, please send these links as well.
